ControlKids (controlkids.com), published by Proxymis Multimédia, is currently an entirely free information website: no content, guide or software is currently sold directly on this site. These Terms of Sale ("Terms") are intended to govern, in advance, any paid service or content that might in the future be offered directly on controlkids.com.
1. Services covered
These Terms would apply to any paid service offered directly by Proxymis Multimédia on this site (for example a premium guide or personalized support), excluding products and services from third-party partners that the site links to.
2. Partner products and services
The site features and recommends in particular the Devoirs d'abord app, available at https://devoirsdabord.fr/. Any subscription to that app is governed exclusively by that service's own terms of sale, available on its own site. Proxymis Multimédia is neither the seller nor a financial intermediary for that service and receives no payment on its behalf.
3. Pricing
Should a paid service ever be offered directly on controlkids.com, prices would be shown in euros, all taxes included, on the corresponding order page, before any order is confirmed by the user.
4. Ordering and payment
Any future order would require explicit confirmation by the user (double-click or equivalent) and secure payment via a third-party payment provider. No order would be considered final before payment confirmation.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, any consumer would have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of order to exercise their right of withdrawal, subject to legal exceptions applicable to digital content supplied immediately with the consumer's express waiver of that right.
6. Liability
Proxymis Multimédia is committed to taking the greatest care in presenting any paid services it may offer, without guaranteeing a specific outcome related to the use of parental control, as every family situation differs.
7. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first, before any legal action is brought before the competent French courts.
